I called ahead to order a single replacement tire since it matched my original factory tires, having no idea about the technical issues involved with mixing tread depths on an all-wheel-drive vehicle. When I came in, the staff happily mounted the $332 tire without a word of warning. It was only after the fact that they told me the rest of my tires were at 4/32" and that I supposedly needed to replace the whole set to avoid damaging my car. As professionals, they should have warned me about this mismatch before letting me order a single tire, rather than letting me walk into a trap and then backing me into a corner. Frustrated by how this was handled, I took my business elsewhere, had their tire taken off, and replaced all four with better Goodyear tires that actually cost less per tire than the low-quality one they sold me. I expected a lot more expertise and honesty.

BEWARE READ REVIEWS FIRST! The Belle tire on 28th St. in Grand Rapids is disgusting, dishonest and apprehensible. initially I bought my tire in because of a slow leak. They could not fix and needed to replace the tire, fine. I agreed to have it replaced with a brand new Pirelli tire, identical to what I had. when I went home I noticed a weird rattling sound underneath my car near the tire that was replaced. when me and my husband got out to look at the tire, not only it was my rim scratched up, the tire looked used and the rattling sound again. The next day we went back to Belle tire and the tech there went under my car and said that two screws were missing from my heat plate and that was causing the rattling noise, (he took pics and showed my husband) he didnโt address the tire/rim because it was a Friday and he asked me to bring it back Monday morning. Monday, Antonio, the assistant manager came out to look at the tire and he said to leave the car there (9:30 am) and he would have his advanced tech look at the car/tire. After no updates or calls, we went back to the shop (4:30) only for him to tell me that they didnโt find anything wrong with the tire and they werenโt aware of

Very Displeased, I went to this location for some warrent work (break pads). I set an appointment I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early and they got me right in. After about 30 min I heard the tech calling and leaving me a message, so I spoak up. He call me up to the counter and informed me thatI still haf about 15% on my pads, but my rotors had a little un even ware. He told me that it cost me $450 to replace then, and they wouldn't be able to honor their warrent unless I accepted. I decided and left, since then I purchased 2 rotors and pads for my jeep for around $150 and did them myself. To find out the rotors were had no issues. So I finished my pads and took the rotors back. So, I spent $50 to fix my pads that should have been replaced by the warrent I paid for in the past. Very disappointed, and I will probably not be bringing my vehicle to Bell Tire if I can't trust the people there.

I had a really disappointing experience at Belle Tire getting an oil change yesterday. This was my first time going there, and from the start things felt off. When I arrived, I was told the wait would be an hour. I said I didnโt have that kind of time, and suddenly it became 30 minutes. I also asked about pricing beforehand and was told to just wait until the service was done, which I didnโt feel comfortable with. Customers should know what theyโre paying before work is done. After the service, the total was about $30 more than I expected, with no clear explanation upfront. I was also only given a credit card receipt at first, not an itemized receipt showing what was actually done. When I asked for a detailed receipt, I was given attitude for even requesting it. When I got back into my car, my steering wheel had been adjusted and not put back, and none of my tires were checked or filled, something most basic oil change services include. When I went back inside to ask about it, I was again met with attitude and told to drive my car around if I wanted it taken care of. Overall, the lack of communication, transparency, attention to detail, and customer service made this a frustra

Jessie was great! Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I dropped my car off due to a flat on the front driver side after hitting a pothole. The next morning I spoke with Antonio inquiring when my vehicle would be done being serviced (due to the New Year Eve holiday, I wanted to make sure I had time to get my car before the shop closed). He didnโt have a set time and I let it be. I received a call about 10 minutes later from him stating that there was a nail in the side wall of my passenger side tire that couldnโt be fixed. I questioned if he had the right car because that is not what I dropped my car off for. He had all the correct information verifying my vehicle so that let me know that they didnโt even take the time to LOOK at the vehicle because it was very apparent where the issue lied and I couldโve taken my car elsewhere to have it serviced in a timely manner. I was able to get down the road to discount tire and they were able to get me back on the road in under an hour! Also, these overall ratings arenโt looking too good. Go elsewhereโฆwish I wouldโve read them prior.
